Only One Week Left! Share Your Thoughts on Biomaterials via #WhatBrandsWant

mountain2 FB copyAt the end of February, Sustainability Consult launched its first-ever survey #WhatBrandsWant, to measure awareness and understanding of the biomaterials sector among leading brands. We want to better understand the views of companies like Coca-Cola, Ford, H&M, McDonald’s, Nike, Toyota and Walmart on the market trends, barriers and opportunities for bio-based products. Our aim is to provide insights which will help everyone – both brand owners and biomaterials companies – to speed up the adoption of sustainable biomaterial solutions.

The survey closes on 22 May 2017. If you work as a materials expert, innovation, R&D, supply chain or sustainability manager at a leading brand, tell us what you think of biomaterials. We are looking for insights from the following sectors:

  • Automotive
  • Beverages
  • Cosmetics
  • Food products
  • Household products
  • Restaurants
  • Retailing
  • Technology and telecoms
  • Textile and apparel
  • Toys and leisure equipment

According to preliminary results, the market for biomaterials is going from strength to strength. Two thirds of respondents work for companies already using biomaterials and among those that don’t, 35% say their companies will use biomaterials by 2020. The survey suggests many leading brands expect the bio-based materials market to grow over the next seven years.

We will share the final results for free in the autumn of 2017. In the meantime, you can help us by sharing the survey with your brands contacts. The survey has a maximum of 13 multiple choice questions and takes only a few minutes to complete.

All personal information will be kept confidential.
