Surfing the second wave together

surfingTheSecondWave social mediaGreetings from the Sustainability Consult bunker!

One thing I am seeing this year is teams under pressure.

Working remotely is tough. Zoom and Teams can be exhausting and relentless. It's not easy to stay on track when you never see your teammates. Or to join a team without meeting your colleagues in person or going to the office.

Maybe you're worried about your colleagues but don't feel comfortable asking about their personal lives, about how they are coping during these unprecedented times.

Or perhaps dealing with people’s personal challenges feels daunting.

If any of this resonates with you, then read on...

SURFING THE SECOND WAVE sessions

From now until the end of the year, I'm running SURFING THE SECOND WAVE sessions to bring teams together, to help them connect and share how they are doing.

It's not a team meeting or a therapy session. It's a chance to hang out and get to know your colleagues better. We'll share the highs and lows in a safe space facilitated by me.

This lovely quote came from a Leaving Lockdown workshop I ran in the summer. Because we did leave lockdown... for a while at least...

"The Leaving Lockdown workshop provided a safe space for colleagues to share and express themselves outside of the context of work, despite it being a company organised activity. Kathryn was very good at making us all feel comfortable, facilitating the workshop and allowing us all to talk openly about our experiences of the COVID lockdown. Thank you Kathryn!"

Let us know if you'd like more information or to book a SURFING THE SECOND WAVE session for your team. And do pass this on to anyone who might find it useful.
