RESYNTEX Annual General Assembly and Crescentino Site Visit

In May, our Managing Director Richard Delahay travelled to Italy for the second RESYNTEX General Assembly which included a site visit to Biochemtex’s Crescentino plant. Biochemtex is a RESYNTEX project partner and work package leader.

The SIRA identifies the activities needed to speed up the development of sustainable and competitive bio-based industries in Europe. Reverdia will join leading polyurethanes (PU) manufacturers to display a range of biomaterials at
ReSolve, a €4.3 million EU project focused on replacing traditional, fossil-based solvents, officially launched today. Led by the University of York, the project consortium is comprised of 11 partners from 5 different countries, including Circa Group subsidiary company Circa Sustainable Chemicals UK Ltd.
Australian biotechnology company Circa Group is proud to announce that its biosolvent Cyrene® won the ‘Bio-based Chemical Innovation of the Year’ award. The news was announced yesterday at conference ‘Bio-based Live Europe’ and was one of two ‘Bio-based Innovation Awards 2017’ given out on the night.
